Obsessed about the user: User Research | Ideation | Design | Testing Previously: Software Developer. Now: UX Designer || Design Educator --- Ever since being a kid, I’ve always been about the “why” and “how”. First being a software developer made me understand the product and its limitations. However, delving into UX Design has been mind-blowing in that I get to totally understand “how” users actually use these products and “why” they would make certain choices over others. Why would she buy that product? How do I communicate my UVP to my target audience? Who is even my customer? Why would they choose one product/service over the other? These are some of the questions I’m so privileged to help businesses investigate and answer through UX Design.
