I graduated from Babes Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Social Science Studies in the year 2003, and I have a cumulate 10 years of experience in fields like customers, clients, beneficiaries services.

Previous experience speaks for itself about my career objectives, moreover, the customer services, client oriented field has been my favorite throughout the academic years.
Among most recent achievements, allow me to highlight my activity as a Supervisor for the Transvest company in Cluj-Napoca, and for an department inside the Caritas International NGO where I have increased the number of clients by 50 percent. I have strong written and verbal Italian skills, due to my high school studies and complete with the 3 years activity on the position of Head Office PA and Reception at the Golf Club in Italy. Also, strong written and verbal English skills; medium Freanch language skills; native speaker and written Romanian language.
