In the past I co-lead a team, architected solutions and wrote code. Our team was small, but supporting a fast growing company with over 1500 employees in the financial sector. As a freelancer I create web applications in Ruby on Rails or PHP. Having past experience with working directly with top management I can translate business requirements into well-written code of a web application. Having project management experience I can oversee a team of programmers and manage the software development process. Right now I am working as a contractor for a New York based company.
