On the negative side, this Drupal project took far longer than expected and much of it was related to the fact that the main developer lacked expertise in the technology. Other problems had to do with not using the right tools for communication, but this improved a little over the duration of the project. On the positive side, TIS India quickly produced neat, tidy, great looking basic layout. They were keen to deliver what was asked from them even if they had to go back and undo some work. It is a trustworthy company. They will do really well if they hire true experts who fully understand the SDLC. I wish them all the best in the future and thank them for pulling this one off evcentually.
