Deputed to turnaround this B-School, but I miserably failed in the venture due to long-term inherent problems. Taught about 150 MBA students and failed to place most of them. The Institution was closed in 2015 and I retired from the teaching service with a sense of remorse and decided to skip teaching in order to take writing with the support of my experience for the remaining part of my life.

Joined with twenty years of administrative and marketing experience - with no teaching experience - and rose to the position of Professor / Director with the continuous service to the institution for 18 years. Taught about 18 batches of more than 1000 MBA students, who are well-placed in different parts of the world. Deputed to take care of another B-School of the same group in 2013 for turnaround it.
