IAA is company in US who deals in all kinds of automobile i.e Damaged, used vehicles etc, so who so ever wants to sell there vehicles can sell it to IAA. Now what IAA does is it put that vehicles on auction and sell it to users who wants to purchase it. IAA takes its commission and gives the rest of the money to the seller. So now what "CsaToday" application is ? It is a tool to users who wants to buys or sell vehicles to IAA. User can sell there vehicles by filling details in forms related to there vehicles and also users can check the status of there vehicles. So we had a online application for buying and selling vehicles. Initially this application was developed in VB.net now we have being converting this application to MVC based application. So We build new pages using MVC framework and also we debug Issues of existing pages also. We follow Agile methodology in our project. We have daily scrum meeting with clients[Onsite manager , BSA] and QA persons where we update our task status to clients and discuss issues related to tasks etc. We have 2 week sprints in which we have to achieve some Task. Once sprint gets over then we have acceptance meeting with With BSA and onsite manager. After there approval sprint gets Completed and new sprint gets started. So from this project i have learned lot about MVC framework, Knockout js, Entity framework, Jquery , Linq, Agile methodology etc.
