Role Performed: 1. Individually handled every stage of SDLC from project start till end, being at client side for a period of 1.6 years: a) Feasibility Study b) Systems Analysis c) Design d) Development e) Testing f) Maintenance & Support 2. Handled all client interactions and developed strong relationship with the client which resulted into increase in scope by more than 100% by getting additional contract for the billing requirement of the new client units. 3. Project Management: There was no project manager as such. My employer got the contract and assigned me the overall responsibility to complete the project. Except for the project pricing and taking approvals regarding project costing, I had the overall responsibility for the project. 4. Won business from The Stainless Club, Jindal Stainless Ltd., Hissar, Haryana.
