Provider logged into my FTP and managed to move files with their drag and drop FTP. Provider then DENIED making any changes, although site was 100% before they logged in and almost entirely broken within 10 minutes of beginning work -- completely LUDICROUS of them to act like they had nothing to do with it. I had to hire another provider to FIX THE SITE, which he confirmed consisted of files that had most likely been dragged using a drag and drop FTP by accident. Accident or not, it is not acceptable to fail to own your mistakes and fix them. Oh, and the worst part -- in my true moment of need, provider let his coder go and then said he'd be back in a few hours. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. SCARY WORK ETHIC. DO NOT HIRE THIS PROVIDER.
