I hold a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with a focus on Business/Corporate Law, a Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship, A Master of Education degree in Educational Technology and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Psychology. I have personally founded three technology startups and taken them from concept to acquisition (each within 5 years). Additionally, I have worked with thousands of businesses in both a business and legal capacity, including dozens of successful crowd-funded startups. While I have a preference for working with startups and small businesses, I do have a lot of experience working with large international corporations.
