I need two logos designed for my company:

MOST IMPORTNAT LOGO #1
"Selling Metro Area of Washington D.C"
This logo is for my new Reality TV show where we follow Millionaire Real Estate Agents Selling Houses.

I want the logo to look like the sign that sits in front of the home that is being sold see attached files.

Second logo #2

Very simple,

I want the logo for my Fashion TV Show called

"Fashion Uncut"

This logo will be used for my new TV show we where ask people in shopping malls and in different stores questions about Fashion!
