Contest Brief

**Whoever will be chosen may be hired directly for more ideas as the work goes through.
Don't waist money hiding your drawing, we will always consider the first one who had the idea.
We might divide prize between the few top entries.***

We want to make 2 tiny studio apartments on this floor.
Each apartment should have 1 kitchen, 1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

1) Main Entrance:

DOOR IS IN NEW LOCATION.
We are building news stairs and cutting out a new door. This door will be between the two apartments.
-Exact location of door is flexible.

2) Bedroom:
-The bedrooms must have a window
-Biggest Bedrooms possible. - Bedroom should fit queen bed.
-If possible there should be a second small bedroom in each apartment.

3) Bathrooms:
Each Bathroom should have a small shower and toilet.
Any shower or toilet must be near (and against) the back wall that has the main drain pipe (we cannot put drain pipes under the floor). See example photos

4) It is better if kitchens and bathrooms are near each other.

1- Current empty setup in JPG and BLD (3 Feet = 1 Meter)
2-Samples of good setups could be found in last contest.

***PROVIDE LOCATION OF WALLS ONLY -- YOU DON'T NEED TO DRAW ANY TOILETS/BEDS/SINKS ETC. (If you do - it is a bonus)***

    So far #46 seems the best because it offers a 3rd room which could be used as a mini living room and even a sofa bed for extra sleep.

    The last two samples: #63 Has a larger 2nd bedroom, but a small kitchen. #58 for example, has a larger kitchen but a small 2nd bedroom. #61 has medium sized 2nd bedroom and medium sized kitchen. #46 has a third room.
    We are still not sure if we prefer a larger 2nd bedroom or a larger kitchen. (We may want a larger kitchen..) A third room in at least one apartment is a plus because we could keep the room for storage/office space.
