Contest Brief

We are looking for someone to design a new tri-fold brochure for our company (HouseMint). The content is written (in the powerpoint provided - HM Brochure v2) but we need someone to design it and make it look good! We've also attached a couple images of tri-fold brochures that have styles we like. We want the brochure to look clean and professional with good images and icons. We have a basic logo and I've attached that as well (HouseMintDraftLogo_cropped-1inchby2inch). Please consistency with the dark green and light green colors in this logo. As far as file formats, we need the final document to be an editable photoshop file.
