Contest Brief

I would like a personal avatar created for business use. The rendering could be a color cartoon or pen and ink drawing, I'd like to see some different designs. I intend to use the avatar for my speaking engagements, website, etc. I am attaching my current professional pictures and a few personal pictures so the designer can get a feel for my personality.
I would like to be more casual and open-feeling than my current professional pictures, but not so much that it looks childish.
