Contest Brief

I'm looking to create a BMX jersey that will appeal to the Australian youth under 15 years old. The design should incorporate:

- Bold colours, patterns nothing is off the table however our last design was a donut design (Included) which has been fantastic I have been thinking about a monster design I love some of the zombie illustrations these guys use https://wearezombie.com.au/ as an option these guys also have some great design concepts https://knobby.com.au/ however happy to look at anything (Don't just steal images from the provided sites this wont win the contest). The jersey should be bright, fun, and colorful.

- The purpose is branding:
The design should help cultivate a youthful, energetic branding for my Australian BMX business and incorporate my logo in the design. Files include logo variants.

The ideal freelancer for this project has experience in graphic design, particularly in the sporting gear or youth fashion sectors, with a penchant for bold, eye-catching patterns and a keen understanding of youth trends. Knowledge of BMX culture and Australian symbolism would also be beneficial.

    Hi Freelancers, there is some amazing work here. I am trying to keep up with the entries and rating them and providing feedback but a couple of points for everyone to note.

    1. We are trying to attract a child market only with this design, monsters should be colorful and fun not scary
    2. Lots of comments about where images came from, I too can search to see image locations please be aware I expect that if you are selling me your work at minimum you have a license to use that file which allows transfer and usage to me.
    3. The age old .AI question I am all for rewarding a persons creativity and hard work right now I have rated entries based on appeal only I will dig deeper in relevant entries before awarding a winner to understand the quality I will end up with my printed product as that is the key objective for me.

    Thanks for the excellent work to date there are some amazing entries here and I am now thinking we may award more than one winner so we can own a couple of these.

      Hi Paul, Its really simple in this case if the handover files aren't suitable when they are viewed the prize wont be released simple. That is the great part about freelancer sitting in the middle requirements are well detailed if the work is not up to scratch then i report to freelancer and the payment is held. Its interesting however you make a comment on my competition but you haven't actually posted any entries that i can see so whats the basis of your comment ?

    I have reviewed these and they looks great however please keep in mind these need to be dye sublimination printed so vector files would be preferred for all files to ensure the quality of the end product

    I have rated designs, please remember we cant be using copyright images design needs to be your own our logo isnt the hero. A BMX jersey is a long sleeve garment there is no point uploading a cool image i need a complete design and need to see your concept for the full garment

    Hi Freelenacers, there is some impressive work here and some of you have really got a great grasp on what I am looking for at this stage there are a couple of designs id love to own already so we may end up awarding more than one prize in this one. I will go through and individually rate the designs later today my time. A couple of comments, most BMX jerseys don't actually have a bike on them its a garment worn for racing not to promote the sport. I don't need any of our Donut design incorporated this was provided as reference as the winner of our last competition and a design that has been popular with our customers. Our logo doesn't need to be a feature I want it included but your design is the star not my logo. The jersey doesn't need the word BMX on it as per my first comment this is worn for racing not promotion of the sport.
