Briar Property Brothers should be the title. This is a professional property management company that owns a large rental number of properties in Lancaster PA. The vast majority of the customers are people renting homes (rental units). Some are in the city, some in the suburbs. The logo will be visible right to the customer -- so it should be professional, simple, and mature. This company is a local company in Lancaster PA and owned by a pair of brothers -- so maybe that can be inspiration. Originality is rewarded.

Would be used on electronic communications, ect.
