Contest Brief

I am building a membership-based website. I need a nice member directory, user/member accounts that can be customized by each userj/member, and an membership application form that activates the membership after approval by the admin. The application also includes a fee and needs to be linked to Paypal. 50% of the site is already built through Wordpress, and I think the rest could also be done through Wordpress. I also need each membership application submission to trigger multiple emails being sent out with a survey attached, and then when those survey results come back to the admin, the admin can approve or disapprove the membership.

Also, I already have a lot built. I have been using a plugin called Ultimate Member. These are the things I would like to get done for $350:
1) Resolve email issues. The auto emails are not sending out like they should. I am hosting through GoDaddy.
2) Develop a good method for accepting payment at the time a customer applies for membership. Right now I have it so that they submit their membership application and are redirected to a payment page. However, I would like the system to link the member to the payment directly, so I can see which members have paid.
3) Set up annual recurring payment. I have the Paypal account set up already.
4) Get the roles and forms synced correctly. Right now the forms submitted on the Ultimate Member plugin don’t seem to sync with WP membership correctly.
5) Create a nice profile editor interface for members. I have a list of 5-6 fields for them to fill out.
6) Create a nice directory of members that is searchable by zip code or city.
