Contest Brief

I have a folder with thousands of files in them. Files begin with 3 digits. I need a program that will sort all the files with the same first 3 digits and place them in individual folders. For example:

103_0.txt
103_0.jpg
103_0.gif
104_0.txt
104_0.jpg
104_0.gif

would be moved to folder that are created by the routine and named "103" and "104"


First demonstration of working example will be awarded prize.
