Contest Brief

We are a high-end financial advising firm and need help with a client-facing form, that we will import data into from Access/Excel and will want to print out to a Word document. We need something visually appealing and professional for our clients to be able to understand multiple lines of information, easily. Our brand is clean lines, white space, thin font (Teodor is what we use). You will see our logo is black with a little green. We are looking for a 3-color palette to include in this document. 3 different colors will fill the text boxes (which color will be imported from our data). We need help with what 3 colors would look good. We want something more calming and on-brand than red, green, & yellow.

Our logo is attached as well as the current version of the document. The new document orientation can be Landscape or Portrait (landscape might be better). All of the fields included in our current version will remain the same. We just want it to look more high-end and professional. We need it to be as concise as possible, but still easy to read. We also need the fields to be big enough so that if a lot of characters are included, it won’t shift the next section of information down, and cause the formatting to be off. 225 characters per text box is enough.

We will be looking for 3 versions of this total, each version will have a different amount of the fields included. The attachment is the biggest document. We can explain what to eliminate once we have the initial document finalized.
