We need a new company logo for

Modern Flooring & Interiors
Carpet One

We want to focus on Modern Flooring & Interiors more that Carpet One. We are a division of Carpet One, Also must use the carpet one symbol
Our old logo is attached, we want to use the same colors just a fresh or modern look

Needs to be on transparent background
Need final file in EPS so we can make smaller or larger for different project we have, JPG and Layered PSD

Please make sure all entries have
Modern Flooring Interiors (large)
Carpet One (smaller but also include their symbol http://www.carpetone.com/) (link to carpet one logo)
