I'm looking for a proficient electrician or electrical engineer to create a comprehensive electrical plan for a residential new construction project. This plan will use Australian icons and symbols. This plan should not only cover the basic wiring and outlets layout but also include the layout of all appliances and fixtures throughout the property.

I require the following;

GPO's
Switches and circuits
Fans
Air Conditioners
External lighting and GPOs
Exhaust fans
Smoke alarms

Ideal experience and skills would include:

- Previous experience in crafting detailed electrical plans for residential projects
- A deep understanding of electrical codes and safety requirements
- Familiarity with the latest appliances and their electrical needs
- The ability to accurately estimate electrical load and balance circuits
- Proficiency in using electrical design software
