Project Description:

I am looking for a talented designer to create a custom illustration for a T-shirt for my real estate business.

Theme/Concept:
- The design should feature a custom illustration.

Words/Phrases:
- The design should include specific words/phrases.

Colors:
- The design should be based on a specific color palette- Make the design into a sketch or stencil that way it can be placed on a blue shirt or gray shirt or white shirt or black shirt.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
Us the We love Houston font like in picture. Remove the people in the picture. Also include the Texas State Shape (see t-shirt Pictures) Around the Texas or inside the Texas add surrounding cities- be creative! Check the map of Houston location. A Star should not be at the top of Texas because Houston is located lower section of Houston. The living in Dallas Star is in it location because that's where Dallas Texas is located. No moon.
