Contest Brief

I need a logo for my business (e-commerce website).
It needs to be clean, i will need the psd, jpg and png format of that logo.
The name is "Urban Touch", we sell streetwears.
Simple, and different. The name of the company needs to be in black, and white/transparent background.
Our main competitor is urban society, logo is uploaded. Do not copy, make it better.
