Hello,


We're seeking a professional UI designer who can create a prototype of a new search menu for us.

We'd like to make our own unique search menu similar to the one seen above.

Goal:
1. Create a prototype of a new, unique, clean, modern, search form.

2. Our theme colors are also blue/white. However, feel free to create any color scheme you think looks great.

3. If you win this contest, we plan on hiring you for alot of future website design work.

    Hello, Can you extend the contest with 1-2 days? I would like to work on it. Do you want to keep the same functions, features as you have already on your search menu but with map? Or do you want other functions, features to include like on the example? Thanks!

    Be creative and don't copy to much of the structure from competitor.
    Design should be modern, clean, and simple.

    Feel free to re-arrange buttons, text, etc.
