Create a stamp and a shield for website

Contest Brief

Hi there,

I need a stamp as in the attachment + a seal which looks like a shield.
Texts for the stamp are:

Upper one:
"Eingetragener"
Middle:
"Rechtsdienstleister"
Down one:
"in Deutschland"


For the shield I need something which looks protective with the same text.
