Contest Brief

We need an experienced developer to build a website mockup for a business that offers pet health certificates for people traveling with their pets from the UK to the EU via sea/car/train. The winning developer will also be hired to build the actual website.

The website should revolve around a homepage / main page that
- includes a very visible section with key practical information on pet health certificates and highlighting the benefits of our service.
- includes a very visible section through which visitors can apply for pet health certificates by inserting their personal info and uploading their current documents. This section should also sum up the various steps of the application process concisely
- includes a FAQ question
- includes a testimonial section. This will be published at a later stage (when the website has already been active for months) and the website admin should have the freedom to choose when to publish it.
- uses background/cover/accompanying images in an engaging but non-invasive way
- includes a non-invasive but visible top navigation menu that doesn’t take too much space and that can be used to add links to other pages
- includes a sign-in section (possibly next to the top navigation menu) that clients will use to manage their application status

The website should inspire trust, reliability, and competence. It should have a professional and “official” feel to it. It should load fast and come across immediately as the type of website that is “secure” and that it allows you to obtain what you need without too many hurdles. It should not feel stuffed. The various sections should fit harmoniously and “cleanly” on the homepage.

In your submission, include information on which platform/website/app will be needed to manage the website on a daily basis once the actual website is developed. The admin should be able to easily edit/change the text without affecting the overall design and functionality.
