Contest Brief

I need a logo design for my company PassTime. You can come up with whatever you would like as long as it fits criteria. Please keep in mind that this logo will go on merchandise like t shirts , water bottles , backpacks, socks , etc.

-transparent background
-black and white (will ask to add color later )
-Be simple but use your creativness as well don't be generic.
-I prefer not to use the letters PT in the logo but if you think yours is that good send it over
-The logo doesn't have to represent the name I just want it to be a unique and memorable symbol
-you can use whatever platform you want to make the logo as long as I can apply it to anything i want

If you have any questions about anything I didn't mention let me know. Winner gets 2% of all merchandise sales (5% if you use the inspiration ) with the logo on it. And other nice perks as the company grows. This would be a fantastic contest to win, goodluck!!
