  I do not want a symbol that is explicitly a bird as we are not a pet shop, and i do not want an explicit plant image as we are not selling plants, i want symbol to be read as capital C, indicating initial of company and i want it to have two colors , green of calathea plant (with shades) and red of phoenix animal ( with shades) and I want it to be simplistic yet elegant and i want the symbol to be coherent not two images pasted together (i.e. tail of phoenix can be calathea leaf or calathea leaf has its upper leaf like phoenix)

  If the logo can be read as a capital C ( from the first letter of company, Calathea) and has its upper part like feather/neck of phoenix and lower part of C as green leaf of calathea plant, with the word CALATHEA written in same color of lower C symbol and word INSIGHTS written in the same red fiery orange color of the phoenix neck, it shall work.

  The company is a business management consulting startup that has the name of Calathea Insights. The green color of Calathea leaves with some of the details are needed to show that the company cares about the details. The Phoenix bird and its fiery red colors are needed ( maybe just feathers if not whole bird) to show that the company helps re-birth their customers emerging stronger...
  
  I want the logo to be easy to be drawn yet including both green and fiery red colors....
  
  I want to use green leaves of calathea that symbolize growth ( as we will offer sales growth), sustainability ( green color, and we would be offering sustainable solutions) and attention to details ( as leaves of calathea show such details). I wanted also some relation to the phoenix animal because it symbolizes fiery orange/red metaphorical revival to imply resilience and perseverance.

     "Calathea Insights" is a business name. It is a business consulting firm. I want to use green leaves of calathea that symbolize growth ( as we will offer sales growth), sustainability ( green color, and we would be offering sustainable solutions) and attention to details ( as leaves of calathea show such details). I wanted also some relation to the phoenix animal because it symbolizes fiery orange/red metaphorical revival to imply resilience and perseverance. not necessarily to have a full head of the bird, maybe feathers only..
