Contest Brief

We are preparing to open our luxury apartment project in Las Vegas, NV. We need a brochure to describe the property, Resort Amenities (indoor and outdoor), Home amenities, a place for the Health & Resort Fee insert (attached - can be redesigned), a place for floor plans (attached 2D or 3D options available - can be redesigned), site map (of property - interactive map available online), map showing location of South Beach Resort. When building South Beach we focused on creating a beautiful place for those interested in socialization, activity, health, wellness, and most of all fun. Please review our website (www.SouthBeachVegas.com) to have a better idea of our brand, language, and view all amenities, etc. I have included floor plans and renderings in this post for you to use if you wish.
