Contest Brief

Fairchild Group, consists of 3 divisions, Fairchild Property Investments, Fairchild Private Wealth and Fairchild Home Loans. Each with their own colour combination (see the attached brochures)

we need to get a more suitable corporate brochure designed, taking a look at the actual look of the brochure as well as the content. I have uploaded a short version and long version of the brochure. They will need to run side by side. The A3 folded, will be generally handed out whilst the longer version is only for serious clients, as the cost of producing is too great to just randomly distribute.

experience in the property investment and financial industry, would be a huge advantage.

Modern look, contemporary design, clear and systematic.
My proposal is an A4 size printed both sides only, this will reduced the cost of production and you can double your random distribution of your brochure.
