I like that city landscape you have as the background. On the other hand, I would prefer if it were a very light grey and moved down because It takes up a lot of the page.

I do not mind the two blue headings on the second page. It would be nice if you could take out the words, "benefit selection and service selection". After this, you could add the words, "free internet benefit, super premium benefit, internet packages and internet-for-all". These would be the new four separate headings. I kind of like the blue shape around the headings, but it may be nice to have it changed.

On the second page, the top sentences that say, "This form must be...." it would look better if it where put in a banner with the Cloudwifi logo.

The PS part on the bottom of the first page should be put under the signature, you can add a banner to make it look more organised.

The logos on the first page (The Record, The Globe and Mail etc.) are a little bit big. If you could make them a bit smaller that would be nice. The words that say, "As featured in" are in a blue shape. It would be nice if it was changed. However, I would still like for it to stand out.
