Contest Brief

My consulting firm is focused on providing leadership development - team and individual coaching. My primary clients are leaders/emerging leaders of color and women. Name of firm is Rare or (RARE). Please also submit entries that do not include the name. I would like to have logo options that allow the logo to to stand alone without the name of the firm.

I'd like the logo to lean towards simple instead of complex- no neon colors super complex design. It would be great to view logos that don't include he name of the firm as well. An image that reflects the idea of growth, challenge, reaching new heights, overcoming odds and adversity, being understood and heard.
