Contest Brief

Hello, I am looking for a logo for my website. The website is called 'Kids Events Near Me'. You can see one of the live versions here: http://losangeles.kidseventsnearme.com

As you can see on the top left, I currently have a stock photo as the logo. It incorporated location and family, since this is a website for events for families to locate near them.

I am looking for a better version of the logo that is not a stock image. I would like the logo to be a 1:1 ratio.

I am open to suggestions. Originally I was thinking the logo did not have to contain the words, however I am open to suggestions if you think there is a way to incorporate the words 'KIDS EVENTS NEAR ME' into the logo.

THe primary colors are blue and orange, as you can see on one of the sample pages (the buttons are orange - http://losangeles.kidseventsnearme.com/events/seaside-lagoon-4th-of-july-celebration-fireworks-spectacular/
