Contest Brief

I am in the process of developing an online business. It is a website that will allow owners of food and drink businesses (bars, restaurants, cafes) to upload details of events.
Website users (general public) will then search for a bar/restaurant etc to go and eat and drink.
The website and business will be called "What's On Daily".

I don't have any particular colours in mind, so i'm open to suggestions as I have yet to have the website designed.
I'd like the logo to be 'young', vibrant, even a little retro (if that isn't a contradiction!) I suppose I don't want it to business/professional looking, it's got to have appeal.

Will you offer simple revisions?
What formats will you supply the logo in?

Up to now (1900GMT) many of the logos seem to focus heavily on the food/restaurant bit of the brief. Initially the main focus will be bars, then we'll start to include restaurants later and then hopefully expand even further into cafes and hotels and more. With this in mind I suppose something less specifically with knives/forks, chef hats etc. It has to allow for our expansion so nothing very specific.
