Contest Brief

I currently own a real estate company called "Powerhouse Realty." I am taking my team of agents to 1st Class Real Estate, a rapidly growing franchise model. We will now be "The Powerhouse Team" with 1st Class Real Estate. I would like to merge our Powerhouse Realty sign with the 1st Class Real Estate sign. The 1st Class Real Estate logo must be on the sign, but does not and should not be as large as the Powerhouse Team logo. Will need to change Powerhouse logo to say "The Powerhouse Team" instead of "Powerhouse Realty"
