I have a plumbing business and would like to design the back of a business card to have a QR code and instructions on how to use it for review purposes. I have some of my required verbiage and QR code in a Word document and also have uploaded some other designs that you can use for "inspiration". Winner needs to provide PDF and/ or EPS if required by my printer. Thank you!

Do you need any other pieces of information on the back of the card? Like your company logo, address, number? if so, then can you provide those? or you just need the QR code with indications to use it? also, can you provide the front part of the card, so that me can design the back part to match with it?
