Contest Brief

Dear sir and madam, I need a design for a banner ad /advertisement /poster with my logo, my name und my web adress. The requested size is height x width : 100cm x 120 cm in natural.
In addition (it's not a must) , if it looks nice, could be the sentence: " Ihre HNO - Fachärztin in Retz" . That means translated: your ENT (Ear, Nose, throat) Doctor in Retz. Retz is a city in Austria.

In the attachment is an example, which I made by myself but doesn't look nice to me. Could you do better? Thanks for your effort!
