You can use Marvel for the user flow and also Figma for creating the design. Use Material Theme Builder to create the theming, in that case: https://glitch.com/~material-theme-builder

I've just extended the contest three more days to give everyone time to finish their design proposals. It also has increased the award prize.

Your project requires 69 artboards, im afraid nobody going to risk that much work for getting rejected; you need to provide feedback on a sample for further working.

There is less than 69 artboards to be made, you have to take into account that the sign in / sign up flow it's already designed as a reference (representing a total of 15 artboards if you count the different size formats). The requirements are high, but you have to consider that the most consuming time is the design part, the other requirements it's just mostly loading the designed screens in Invision and Overflow (you don't have to design or change nothing there). Since the requirements are high, there will be fewer contestants that meet the criteria and the chance to win the contest it's quite high compared with other contests. I've already expected fewer entries but more quality ones, but in case there is not a winner in the current time, I will extend it and revise and reduce the mandatory steps. Thanks for your feedback anyways.

I've some questions regarding the material design and your community design, it's big project so I want to get sure of some things before starting it, that will save time on edits or creating things from scratch, so please send me a message so I can know these details.
    Thanks

I would need 7 days if possible, doing this in rush will result in compromising with the quality... I'm sure that's not you want.

The time will be extended in the case a winner is not found in the original timeline. If that is the case I will extend the contest 7 or more days. You can wait until then to see if there will be an extension or do it in the current allocated time.

I have understood all the requirements, and can surely do all of them.

I'm assuming it will be around 12-15 screens for one Screensize - Desktop, tab or mob.

So in total 40-45, isn't it. other than this we are talking about Material design only, and have to be perfect. Then prototyping and Flow etc... It will take time, please wait for my entry or message me. Do not close it earlier.

I am a PC user and I'm not able to to it on Sketch. What do you recommend for me? I can use Adobe XD and Invision Studio for Design and Prototyping. Thank you, waiting for your response.

      Figma + Invision ?

Sure, you can use Figma and Invision instead if you are able to create a similar result (meaning creating a Material Theme and the user flow). You could use material theme builder (https://glitch.com/~material-theme-builder) as an alternative to Material Plugin and create the user flow using Invision instead of Overflow.
