Hello freelancers! Our team has a new contest for you! This time it's about a real estate company. The task is to rebrand their current logo. You can find it attached (old-logo.png).

Our client needs a modern, clean & elegant design. Below we will provide some guids and examples of our view, please create it according to this! Except for great ideas :D

- Text: Coder Residence
- Main color of the logo: #583AAB
- We attached some real estate logos that we liked. Everyone has something unique in a way (coder-example1.png.. and so on). Either you create an interesting type, or combine it with a rooftop or a house element, or something that fits this kind of business.
- Also we attached proof photos of the residence, so you can make an extra idea of it. Maybe it helps for inspiration.
