Contest Brief

I have started a Construction and Property Management Services company by the name MAJETY CONSTRUCTIONS AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

I want 02 logos to be designed i.e., one each for my 02 different verticals of business.

The first logo is for Majety Constructions which is into new projects i.e., construction of residential and commercial buildings by taking into consideration green initiatives i.e., eco friendly building materials, energy efficient designs, use new technology and use optimum material and human resources by factoring sustainable living concept which is our USP. Also Trust, Transparency and adhering to Timelines will be ensured for each project we undertake.

The second business vertical is that of taking care of the properties of non resident owners of residential flats, villas etc in their absence. The company would take over their properties and manage their tenants, rentals, repairs and renovations work etc. The brand name is PROPERTY NIRVANA.

So although both business verticals are through the same company i would require 02 different logos to create 02 distinct market identities. All business activities will be confined to India.
