Contest Brief

We have a student housing property (www.220madisontampa.com) that we are getting ready to open up the project for leasing. We need to make a few changes to our website, specifically

1. Change the “Reserve Today” to “Apply Today”. Both on the top ribbon and on the big red circle.
2. I want the “Apply Now” link on the floor plans to open up the “Apply Now” page. The “Apply Now” page would open up as a separate full size I-Frame window.
3. I want the “Apply” Page to open up a page that will have the following characteristics:
a. It will have directions on the top of the page
b. It will have a google sheets page in the frame The coding
for embedding is <iframe src="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vQ6bH596bX2sRPgQZdR4865BgpgOuHGjwM3r1dM_x5NavyZRblZex7YZAfTxU4Lr0s2pwdGmYQ3iZVX/pubhtml?gid=0&single=true&widget=true&headers=false"></iframe>

That will allow them to pick the available units, by floor and price. The reason that we are using google sheets is that as units get rented we can change them to another color or even remove the link to the apply page in affolio in real time. If there is a better way to do it in Wordpress let me know.
c. When they click on the room it will take them to our AppFolio application page. Click on the 801C so see for yourself.

Take a look at the attached power point and let me know what you think. In order to make it more reactive, we could ask them to select an apartment size and only show them the columns and data for the apartment size they are looking for.

The successful contest winner will:
1. Consult on how to make the page more efficient
2. Show a sample of the webpage.
3. Once we agree upon the webpage, we will do a join me call to walk me through the changes.

We will award this as soon as we feel we have someone that knows what they are doing.

I am willing to award the project as soon as I find one that works as stated. I do not have to wait for the whole contest time. The sooner that I can find something that works, the fewer other entrants that you are competing with. So get me something live asap so I can review.

I will try and be more clear. We are not looking for a redesign of the website. What are looking for is an intuitive way for student to be able to apply to a specific room while seeing the pricing, floor plan, etc.Ideally it would be great if they could select the kind of apartment they want (2, 3, or 4 bedroom) and only show them the prices and links to those floor plans. Let me know if you have any questions.

As per your description to win the contest,

The competitor should share some amazing idea to make the pages more efficient and professional look. And re-design your existing Home Page to prove skills.

After awarded someone, you will join in a call with the winner to make the changes and maybe more work.

If that correct, what about the prize in the contest and will you agree to pay for the additional task?

Note: Prize should only for the re-design Home Page and after awarded all of the tasks will be additional. But you are able to ask for minor changes in the Home Page and it will be out of cost.

  All that I am looking for is a design of the apply page. It can either incorporate the google sheet or design a data base from within Worpress that we can update.
