Contest Brief

I would like a professional design for a business card that utilizes our logo (attached). We are a consulting firm.

The card should have the following information:
Name of person
Title
Street Address, City, State, Zip,
website
Phone number
Email address

Double sided would be nice. Perhaps just an image of the logo on the back.

I need to be able to edit the file so I can use it for multiple people. Please make sure that names, titles, phone numbers, and email address lines can be changed using a normal free mac-based application.

I will then need to be able to upload the file as an image to Vista Print so it can be printed and shipped.
