I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to enhance a picture taken at a business event. The main task is to remove people in the background without affecting the background itself and also to enhance the quality of the picture.

- The picture is of a business event, and the goal is to remove people in the background while keeping the focus on the main subject (the four people at the front).
- The background has to remain the same.
- The final image should be in JPEG format.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and photo editing software.
- Experience in removing people or objects from images while maintaining the integrity of the background.
- Creative eye for selecting or creating a background that complements the main subject.
- Attention to detail to ensure a seamless and natural-looking final image.
