I need a simple report (properly formatted that shows):

1) Amazon.com Selling Fees (Category wise)
2) Amazon.com Category with description that shows where products could be listed instantly, or gated category or restricted category (and sub cateogry).
3) Amazon shipping policy in summary.
4) Walmart shipping policies
5) Walmart buying restriction (for international buyers, buying for USA)

In nutshell, we are looking to buy from walmart and sell for some margin on Amazon, this need to know complete buying condition for internation/local buyers from walmart and all fees and category restrictions for selling on Amazon.
