Contest Brief

I need a background image for a 2D animation. I want something original and creativly and created in Photoshop.
I've attached some pictures below to see what it's about.
You do not have to do just like in pictures I need more original and creative projects!
The background should be a city in the evening, I need the psd file with all the separate layers. I need a few tall buildings with a few stores at the base and one of the stores to be a little bigger than the others and to be a TV Shops, with many TVs on windows. Also image must be repetitive

I need a person who has talent because I have several projects for him in the future.

Also, the project must have very large dimensions:
Minimum 3000x1080 pixels,
300 DPI / RGB
