I need an updated Logo Design

Contest Brief

I'm looking to refreshing the existing company logo, which we've been using for about 5 years. There are a few elements of the current logo that I'd like to keep in the new one. Specifically, I want to keep the idea of a stylized 'S' as the main part of the logo, and I like the circular shape of the 'S'. Also, I want to stick closely to the current colors used. One thought I have is that the 'S' should be less boxy in the way that the 'S' is cut out of the circular shape; and that a more flowing design would be better.
The biggest change is selecting a better font for the name 'Simmetry Solutions'.
I need to get back files that include just the stylized 'S', and that include both the 'S' and the name. And need files that can be reduced in size for use on documents, as well as on printed business cards, and brochures, as well as in large format on printed signage (i.e. 5' x 3' overall).
