Contest Brief

My company name is Charis Management.
People sometimes buy a home so they can rent out that home and make money. People sometimes buy one of these homes near a concert venue or at a popular vacation spot, etc. These homes don't get renters that stay a long time. They get renters who stay for a weekend, just for the event. I manage those homes, I get short-term renters, I make sure the owner of the home is getting as much money as possible for their home. I meet with home owners often, trying to get them to use me as their manager.
I need a logo for this business, and I need a business card, to give to these home owners.
I want to start with the Logo. Maybe there could be a home in the logo. I'm open to anything.
I don't want the 's' to look like a 'g'. I don't want the C to look separate from the 'haris'. If you choose to put a roofline, I will reject ones that look like mountains instead.
After I like the logo, we can use it on the business card.
Whatever you would like to know, to make this better or easier, just ask me.
