Contest Brief

I am currently working as both a Tai Chi instructor and a psychotherapist. I want to use the same logo for both my jobs. It is a symbol called the pintadera. I became familiar with this symbol in Sardinia, where my family is from, and thought it would be good to honour my heritage.
I need to get a logo for business cards and for my website. The logo must be clear at these different sizes, so for print and online. Some softness to the lines would be nice, instead of severe sharp lines. The colour I don't know, perhaps all the same, but am open to different coloured sections, nothing luminous. Again, softness what I am looking for to reflect my work. I have attached some examples. I am open to some interpretation but personally would err on the side of minimalism.
