Contest Brief

Hi everyone,

I need a logo design for a brand new IT company. The company's name is "The Pixels".
Things to keep in mind:
1. The company will have at least four deparments: Consulting / Design / Development / Laboratory. Each department while have an associated colour.
2. Main brand's logo has to be colourful, while each department while use same logo tinted with his corresponding colour.
3. It should suggest brand values: creativity, mutual benefit, pure power to build , team work (like the pixels gather to draw an image)
4. Logo image should be "made of pixels", but no pixelate. It's just an idea, not mandatory, I don't want to restrict your ideas.

Feel free to ask anything you need!!

PD: I've made this contest to find a designer with whom I can easily understand, to continue developing this brand, as well as other jobs in the future.

Hi guys,
please read carefully the description. It says "Main brand's logo has to be colourful", so don't submit plain color logos. And also notice that this logo is for a little company, we are not loooking for a corporate logo IBM style.
