Contest Brief

I need an experienced designer to create a distinctive logo for a sawblade line. This will be used as the logo on a circular saw blade as well as web page. The series of blades will be the "Jambmaster Undercut" I have attached a drawing of what I have in mind but am open to any ideas. Open to all color schemes and design ideas. I will also need a second logo made with the word "Prence" Just a simple word logo is fine for this one
