Contest Brief

Overview: My client, Results Mortgage, is seeking a logo to represent their business. The logo will be used on signage, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), print advertisements, and their website. We are seeking a logo that appeals to our target demographic and visually represents the brand’s personality. Please see the description for more details.

-- Copyright & Trademark: As this is a logo, the artwork must be original. Design elements from websites that license such graphics & other elements will not be accepted.

-- Brand Personality: Results Mortgage provides high-end customer service and seeks to be perceived as a luxury brand offering personalized service for each client. The brand is knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and giving. We seek a logo that visually conveys these qualities.

-- Target Demographic: As a home loan company in the United States, Results Mortgage must appeal to a wide range of potential customers ranging in age from 19 (first-time homebuyers) to those who are in their upper 70s. As such, we seek a logo that is timeless and appeals to many generations.

-- Preferred Fonts: As a new brand, Results Mortgage does not have required fonts, we are look to your expertise in selecting fonts that are right for this logo. Fonts used in the logo should be easily read from a distance and be scalable to be used on websites, social media, and office signage. Fonts used in the logo should appeal to the target demographic and reinforce the brand’s personality. If fonts are used, the font must have a commercial license.

-- Preferred Colors: As a new brand, Results Mortgage does not have a color palette, we are look to your expertise in selecting colors that are right for this logo. Colors used in the logo should appeal to the target demographic and reinforce the brand’s personality.

-- Visual Elements: As a mortgage company, visual elements should convey the nature of the business in a recognizable way while having a high-end look and feel. Visual elements should appeal to the target demographic and reinforce the brand’s personality.

-- Brands for Inspiration: My client has indicated that they like the high-end look and feel of the following logos: Prada, Jimmy Choo, Chanel, Rolex, Four Seasons, Marriott, and Ritz Carlton.

-- Competitors: In Omaha, Nebraska, USA, the home loan and mortgage space has many competitors. The logo will be the anchor of the brand and should help my client stand out from the competition.
